The Art of Finding Life

There is an art to finding life. Much like paint flows from the brush of the artist, our life flows onto a page, color by color until we have before us an original masterpiece. One we could not have dreamed or written or painted on our own.
The Bible tells us that Eye has not seen, ear has not heard and neither has it entered into the hearts of men the things God has for those who love him. God has a good plan for us and we will get to tell a story that no one before us has ever told. Our fingerprints are on the things we touched; our words linger in the hearts of those who heard us speak and our love lingers in the hearts of those to whom we gave it.
We only get one chance here. A few years, or many, it is still only one. I pray we leave beauty and joy and fulness behind us when we go. I pray we have no regrets and nothing left undone that was in our hearts to do.
David wrote in Psalm 90:12 ...teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. And in James 3:17 it says: But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. If we apply ourselves to this wisdom that is pure and peaceable and full
of mercy, I am sure we will have some beautiful days ahead of us and I am looking forward to sharing this season of my journey with you!
